At The Soccer Factory, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and footwear is inside its original shoe box; do not use the shoe box as the shipping container.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while our team processes your refund or replacement gear.
