How do I know which soccer cleat size to order?
We recommend sizing up by a half-size for performance cleats, as they tend to run narrow. You can also refer to our comprehensive brand-specific size guides located on each product page.
Can I return a jersey if it has been customized?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on jerseys that have been personalized with custom names, numbers, or league patches unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How long does standard shipping take?
Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed the same day.
Do you offer team discounts for bulk orders?
Yes! The Soccer Factory provides special pricing for clubs, schools, and recreational teams ordering 10 or more units. Please contact our Team Sales department for a custom quote.
Are your products authentic brand name gear?
Absolutely. We are an authorized retailer for Nike, Adidas, Puma, and New Balance. All products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from the manufacturers.
What is your return policy for unused equipment?
You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please ensure all tags are attached and footwear has not been worn outdoors.
